Request a New Employee or Contractor Account

These are IT user accounts or Exchange email, SharePoint and other network services. They are not credentials for software download, authorization or support portal access.

Step 1: An ePM Sponsor Requests the Account

Specify the services and permissions for the new employee in the form below. The new employee will receive a system-generated e-mail with instructions for providing the personal information needed to set up their account.

Step 2: New Employee Provides Needed Information

The new employee uses a link in the e-mail notification to specify personal preferences and provide contact information including e-mail addresses, phone numbers and a mailing address.
